Race Overview
Dual Slalom
The 2nd stop for the 2007 Full Throttle Series brought racers in from all over the U.S.
Friday and Saturday the weather was excellent for practice, Saturday evening kicked off the dual slalom, with high action and a new course design, those attending were in for a treat.
Chris Herndon (Current U.S. National Champion),trying to change the dominance from Jason Beckly by entering his first dual slalom in the series, ran a clean sweep until the final when Jason muscled Chris out to another victory.
Downhill
The new downhill course was really fast throughout practice, all the racers seemed to really like this layout and were all gearing up for a great run.
Sunday morning the weather looked a little sketchy as the fog rolled through and exposed nothing but overcast sky. The rain was very sparatic until about half way through the racers, then the skys opened up and dumped the rain.
We stuck it out for all of you, and filmed every bit we could. Thanks to all who participated and volunteered.
